Case Study – I

Background

The company a global leader in frozen products, has been expanding its footprint in India. With rapid growth, new leadership integration, and a need to align around shared values, the organization recognized the importance of investing in its leadership culture.

Objective – Build trust, connection, and shared purpose among the leadership team during a phase of rapid growth, new leadership integration, and cultural alignment.

Scope of the intervention – Designed and facilitated a leadership intervention to:

  • Create authentic human connection beyond roles and hierarchies.
  • Surface individual and collective strengths.
  • Co-create cultural norms aligned to company’s values.
  • Meaningfully integrate the new BU Head into the team

This was a one-day intervention at a hotel with 11 to 12 participants.
