Case Study – IV

Background
In a dynamic work environment, there is often a tendency to operate based on assumptions, limited perspectives, and immediate problem-solving. This can impact the quality of decisions, innovation, and alignment with customer and business outcomes. There was a need to build stronger critical thinking capabilities within the team.

Objective
To enable participants to think critically by identifying assumptions, evaluating multiple perspectives, and making logical connections—while linking their work to the larger strategic vision and customer outcomes.

Scope of the Intervention

Designed and facilitated a Critical Thinking workshop to:

  • Identify assumptions, evaluate multiple perspectives, and draw logical connections
  • Link day-to-day work to the big picture—product vision and customer outcomes
  • Build the confidence and skill to ask better, clarifying, and challenging questions
  • Encourage participants to challenge their own beliefs and adapt when assumptions limit innovation
  • Apply customer-centric thinking to align decisions with customer needs

Outcome
Participants demonstrated a shift towards more structured and thoughtful thinking, questioning assumptions, exploring multiple perspectives, and making decisions with greater alignment to customer needs and business outcomes. There was also an increased intent to apply these frameworks in day-to-day work.
