This can impact the quality of decisions, innovation, and alignment with customer and business outcomes. There was a need to build stronger critical thinking capabilities within the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objective<\/strong><br>To enable participants to think critically by identifying assumptions, evaluating multiple perspectives, and making logical connections\u2014while linking their work to the larger strategic vision and customer outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scope of the Intervention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Designed and facilitated a Critical Thinking workshop to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify assumptions, evaluate multiple perspectives, and draw logical connections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Link day-to-day work to the big picture\u2014product vision and customer outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build the confidence and skill to ask better, clarifying, and challenging questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage participants to challenge their own beliefs and adapt when assumptions limit innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply customer-centric thinking to align decisions with customer needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outcome<\/strong><br>Participants demonstrated a shift towards more structured and thoughtful thinking, questioning assumptions, exploring multiple perspectives, and making decisions with greater alignment to customer needs and business outcomes.
