The organization aimed to equip these emerging managers with the mindset and skills to lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objective<\/strong> \u2013 Build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership capability among first-time managers, enabling them to effectively lead teams and drive performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scope of the Intervention<\/strong> \u2013 Designed and facilitated a <strong>five-month leadership journey<\/strong> to:<br>\u2022 Understand self and others.<br>\u2022 Develop emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness.<br>\u2022 Enhance capability to hire right and build strong teams.<br>\u2022 Drive accountability through goal setting, KRAs, KPIs, and feedforward practices.<br>\u2022 Build trust and authentic team relationships.<br>\u2022 Adapt different leadership styles to suit the needs of the teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outcome:<\/strong><br>The program enabled first-time managers to transition into confident, emotionally intelligent leaders.
